I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and became a qualified PT at the age of 21.
I have always loved fitness and working out, and my mission is to help people enjoy working out and fall in love with fitness and their bodies at every stage of their journey. Health and fitness should be a lifestyle and not a quick fix. It’s a marathon not a race, even in my ten years in this industry I continue to work on myself and it’s been an ever long journey that I plan to continue for the rest of my life.
As my career has grown and my experience becomes greater within this industry, I am now working alongside PT academy as a mentor and accessor to mentor up and coming PTs achieve the qualification of their dreams whilst teaching and inspiring them on how I have grown my business since qualifying in 2014.

I have had to work through a few chronic health problems over the years and have managed to heal myself through understanding gut health and it’s importance to prevent multiple different ailments in the body.
Over the last ten years I have put myself into different dietary modalities such as eating meat for most of my life, to turning vegetarian, then deciding I wanted to be pescatarian because I missed eating fish then in 2018 I had the intuitive calling to go vegan to help me heal my chronic BV.
I’m not a qualified nutritionist but I have a lot of experience and understanding around diet and gut health which separates me from the average personal trainer.

No I currently do not. But I do offer a free consultation to make sure we're a good match. This consultation lasts for around 45 minutes.
This is variable. An average session is 60 minutes however people with busy lifestyles can book in for 30 minutes.

Yes, my minimum recommendation is working with me for 3 months to allow enough time for progress. However, this can be subject to change based on your requirements.
Yes, group sessions are very engaging and everyone pushes each other to get better results. As an added bonus these sessions are at a discounted rate.
